Whether its helping active retirees stay mobile supporting athletes training along the Costa del Sol or recharging busy professionals in Marbella or Seville our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions help people move feel and live better.

What Youll Do as a Sales Associate in Andaluca
Youll be the welcoming face and voice of StretchLab Andaluca providing a world-class experience from the very first conversation to the first stretch. Your role is to connect with people guide them on their wellness journey and turn interest into membership commitment.
Sales & Membership Growth

Make 50 daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects

Lead high-energy studio tours and intro stretch sessions that inform inspire and engage

Confidently close membership and package sales by focusing on long-term resultsnot just price

Handle objections with empathy and confidence positioning StretchLab as a must-have part of a healthy lifestyle

Promote retail products and upgraded services tailored to support individual mobility recovery and performance goals
Client Experience & Studio Operations

Deliver an exceptional personal experience to each guestfrom Mlaga to Marbella

Manage studio check-ins calls bookings and service issues with a calm professional approach

Collaborate closely with Flexologists and managers to ensure the studio runs smoothly

Maintain a clean organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area

Use tools like ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage lead tracking follow-ups and your sales pipeline
Marketing & Community Engagement

Represent StretchLab at local wellness fairs outdoor markets and community events across Andaluca

Contribute to social media content and studio marketing initiatives that drive local awareness and engagement

Be a visible ambassador for StretchLabwhether youre in the studio at an event or simply out in the community
Who You Are

You have experience in fitness wellness or service-based sales (e.g. gyms studios spas physiotherapy clinics or personal training)

Youre energized by connecting with othersespecially over the phone and in person

Youre a confident closer who believes in the benefits of assisted stretching and holistic wellness

You bring warmth authenticity and emotional intelligence to every interaction

Youre organized goal-driven and comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools

You thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference

Youre available to work at least 2025 hours per week including one weekend day
