Job Description
- Clean areas including floors walls windows furniture and fixtures. This includes sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting and wiping down surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials. Empty waste bins replace liners and ensure proper disposal of waste in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including cleaning toilets sinks mirrors countertops and replenishing supplies such as toilet paper soap and paper towels.
- Maintenance of common areas including lobbies hallways and break rooms. This involves cleaning and organizing these spaces removing clutter and ensuring they are presentable and inviting.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners mops brooms and buffers.
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues such as broken fixtures leaks or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines including using protective equipment handling cleaning chemicals safely and ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Additional cleaning tasks as needed such as deep cleaning carpets upholstery or windows as well as assisting with post-construction cleanup or event setup and takedown.
