Head of Programs – Global Business Services (Hybrid, Multiple Locations)

The Head of Programs is responsible for comprehensive management of the strategic initiative portfolio within Global Business Services (GBS). This role reports to the Head of GBS and has direct accountability for leading ongoing GBS transformation overseeing the Global PMO and driving enterprise-wide change management. Ensures structured execution governance rigor and business adoption across all major GBS programs.

• Adoption and benefits realization of GBS transformation initiatives
• Impact of the PMO function
• Effectiveness of change management (engagement adoption readiness)
• Confidence of leadership and stakeholders in GBS program execution

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience leading complex programs in shared services transformation or enterprise change
• Extensive experience managing global portfolios with strong PMO and change credentials
• Preferred formal certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Lean Six Sigma PROSCI)
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with both executive and frontline audiences
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures; willingness to travel occasionally as required

Offered rate of compensation (US locations only) will be based on individual education qualifications experience and work location. The salary range for this position is $200000 - $280000.
