Job Description

The Manager Preboarding Services has a hands-on approach to leading pre-employment (Bridge) teams 
to help build and maintain progressive and cutting-edge preboarding solutions. This Manager - Preboarding Services leads the day-to-day work of the Bridge team ensuring compliance and Preboarding are followed for each unique client process. Developing and coaching team members is a critical part of this role in this fast-paced ever-changing environment.

Work Location: Manchester 2 times per month in office
Work Arrangement: hybrid
Work Schedule: Proven experience managing teams within the preboarding or pre-employment process area.

This is a fixed term 1 year contract with the possibility to move to FTE.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Lead all pre-employment operations capabilities including compliance and specific client team needs.
  • Define clear performance goals and objectives for the team.
  • Responsible for hiring performance management and career development for the Bridge team. 
  • Develop metrics and analytics that provide insights and drive decisions that will support the pre-employment process.
  • Provide leadership inspiration and coaching to the Bridge team.
  • Establishes regular communications with the Bridge team such as 1-1 meetings team meetings with established agendas or other regular touch points.
  • Showcases a high level of understanding and becomes fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with key stakeholders organizational structure to further demonstrate We Become You.
  • Leads develops and delivers weekly monthly quarterly and yearly reviews as needed.
  • Works closely with the Director Preboarding Services to create proposals and pricing for new client solutions.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for client escalations and resolutions.
  • Support pre-employment process needs of one or more clients.
  • Drives standardization continuous improvement and consistency of processes and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Education: Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two or more years results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources with an emphasis on talent and selection. 

Exposure: 

  • Knowledge of pre-employment compliance. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
