Job Description

HealthPlus is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team in Sebring FL.

Experience:Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a primary care setting required.
Education:Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
Licensure:Active FL license with no restrictions
Department:Family Medicine
Schedule:Full Time
Salary: 90K95K a year Productivity Bonus Full Benefits
Location: Sebring FL
Schedule: Mon Tue Thur 7:30am-5pm Wed 7:30am-4:00pm Fri 7:30am-1:00pm NO WEEKENDS
Patient Load: 20-25 PPD
EMR: eClinical Works
