Assistant/Shift Lead at Dandelion Cafe
Position Overview: Dandelion Cafe is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager/Shift Lead who embodies hospitality and leads with empathy and grace. This role requires a guest-first mentality and a strong ability to inspire and guide our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service standards.
- Lead and support staff fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
- Assist in staff training scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the cafe.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational improvements and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with an empathetic and graceful approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary.
