We are looking for a Commercial Production Manager to fill an opening immediately in Fort Collins CO. The qualified Production Manager will have experience managing staff meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions ensure a positive customer experience maintain a customer service focus in their work and ability to interact professionally with customers. A qualified candidate will be able to start all jobs with meeting with the property owner or manager pick up or order all materials for jobs perform safety and quality control on all jobs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Start all jobs by meeting with business owner/property owner
Oversee work of all project managers
Pick up or order all materials for job
Perform quality control on all jobs
Manage payroll for Commercial Division
Collect payment on all projects
Manage profitability and financials of Commercial Division
Requirements
Experienced with Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel and computer data entry
Ability to ensure installs meet all necessary code manufacturer and workmanship requirements
Ability to manage permitting and Inspection Processes for projects
Former experience managing staff/personnel preferrred
Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face
Customer service focus and diligent mindset
Previous experience working with roofing and commercial construction
Willingness to work long hours during busy season
Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
Ability to pass a background check

Compensation range up to $120000 annual salary potential (includes base pay incentives)
