Reporting in to the People Partner the role of the People Compliance Coordinator is to ensure that people employed within the Group are fully compliant in line with the legal requirements including but not limited to right to work checks regulatory checks and to uphold the on-going obligations of those with time limited right to work.
- Being people first you will work with the wider team to ensure adherence to all compliance standards and regulations providing guidance and oversight where necessary.
- You will be responsible for creating reports on right to work status and liaising with the employees and branches to ensure that all documentation is valid. This information will be updated in the Groups database with current compliance documentation ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible for audits
- You will act as a subject matter expert for employees hiring managers and the wider team members on sponsorship processes and right to work escalating to People Partners for advice where appropriate
- You will be accountable for all sponsorship processes (for new and existing employees) ensuring compliance with internal documentation and government guidance.
- You will be responsible for coordinating and processing the DBS renewals within the Group for operational staff.
- You will work with branches in the UK to ensure that employees are compliant with social care regulations in the relevant country such as NISCC.
Qualifications :

- An highly organised methodical and confident approach with the ability to work independently and is solution focussed
- You have previous experience in administration (a minimum of 2 years).
- You have an understanding of right to work compliance and sponsorships
- You have a high level of written and verbal communication skills
- You have an engaging approach
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- You have experience using in house systems
