Job Description
This role is responsible for providing high level support of key division specific IT applications including medEbridge Skedulo and any future platforms the Disability division decides to implement. This includes maintaining the systems (within the scope of access and permissions) assessing and actioning related IT requests and escalating to the system support teams for system fixes configuration and development where necessary.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years experience in an application support role or similar
- Experience delivering application support via in-house business team mandatory
- Experience delivering application support services in the healthcare industry advantageous.
- Experience delivering application support across a diverse set of technologies advantageous ideally including CRM systems integration
- Experience with AI system/platforms including architecture setup support maintenance and end user support highly advantageous
- Experience with development teams and agile methodologies advantageous
- Experience in Microsoft Platforms (Office Teams etc.) advantageous
- Experience in Genesys Cloud and Jira advantageous
Personal Attributes/Competencies
- Possess strong sense of teamwork integrity self-motivation positive attitude and innovative approach to problem solving
- Strong communicator displaying empathy and the ability to negotiate - excellent written and verbal skills essential
- Use troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Utilise time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
