Job Description
Want to join the worlds No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams Pernod Ricard is looking for a Project Management Intern within the Culture & Creative Team for 6 months from July or September for 4 to 6 months. You will be based at the Island our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station Paris 8).
You will have the opportunity to work with an amazing multitalented creative team for our prestigious range of brands spanning from luxurious to widely recognized including top sellers. You will work within the Luxury Culture & Creative Team within Pernod Ricard and be part of the Creative Planning team to elevate the 5 Martell Mumm Perrier-Jout luxury houses into cultural leaders.
Your key missions:
- You will participate in making this newly created studio supporting the construction of the roadmap the definition of new ways to operate and new creative talent/agencies to source.
- You will support main studio stakeholders like Artistic Directors ensuring a smooth collaboration with marketing and Pernod Ricard affiliates for them to deliver impactful assets (advertising campaigns S&R packaging retail spaces digital experience).
- You will co-build creative planning: alignment with marketing and communication teams on deliverables level of prioritization and timings.
- You will follow up on the Culture & Creative workload schedule support on budget and timelines building for incoming briefs and support organizing creative meetings.
- You will bring your creativity and work on inspiration reviews and competitive benchmarks.

- You have a first experience in a similar role.
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You know how to use Pack Office.
- You are structured autonomous and have a strong collaborative mindset.
- You have a strong interest in culture & creativity curious about new trends art design and architecture.
Please note: to apply you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
