Job Description
Job Title: Road Construction Flagger
Compensation: $18.50/hour
Job Type: Seasonal position during the spring summer and fall months.
The JobSquad Solutions is currently looking for road construction flaggers to work with construction crews across Michigan!This position is seasonal and will begin mid-April. As a road construction flagger you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the crew and motorists through a road construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Holding stop/slow signs
- Communicating efficiently to motorists and crew
- Following proper safety measures according to MDOT standards.
Requirements: - Valid Drivers license
- Current proof of car insurance with your name listed as an insured driver
- Clean criminal background
- Willingness and ability to travel 50 miles
- Availability sun-up to sun-down - varying schedules
- Ability to stand for long hours with limited breaks
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
