Job Description
Mitchell Buick GMC is a family-owned and operated dealership that proudly serves the San Angelo and Concho Valley community in West Texas. We are always seeking qualified enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
Test to check whether systems and components are secure and working properly
Isolate the componentthat might have caused the problem
Occasionally drive the vehicle for testing purposes
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage
Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Good knowledge of automobiles
Effective analytical and communication skills
Good reading computer and mathematics skills
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
Ability to lift 75 pounds and up
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dependable
Basic Computer Skills
- Change Oil and Filter
- Complete Multi Point Vehicle Inspection report
- Rotate and balance tires
- Check air and Repair flat tires
- Replace misc bulbs
- Install wheel/tire packages
- Keep area clean and safe
- Pay is based off Flat Rate Hour depending on experience
- Must have valid drivers license and 21 years old
Hours 7:30-6:00 Monday - Friday 8:30-4:00 Saturday Lunch Break 12:30-1:30
