National Client Seeking a Casualty Account Executive Construction Division

Overview:
Seeking a dynamic Casualty Account Executive to manage and grow a book of construction clients. This role is responsible for relationship management coverage analysis client servicing and supporting growth initiatives. Based on a hybrid model with travel as needed to client sites and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients prospects carriers and internal stakeholders

  • Identify coverage gaps and provide solutions based on complex insurance needs

  • Conduct loss analysis policy reviews and coverage comparisons

  • Handle servicing tasks: endorsements invoicing certificates policy issuance auto ID cards

  • Lead renewal process: exposure gathering loss trending pricing negotiation proposals and binding

  • Support new business efforts: attend meetings assist with onboarding and implementation

  • Cross-sell and generate referrals to expand book of business

  • Deliver educational materials and client-facing presentations

  • Address and resolve complex claims and disputes

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes legal requirements and client expectations

  • Train and mentor new team members

  • Attend internal/external meetings and stay updated on industry developments

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid P&C license in good standing

  • Minimum 7 years of insurance or related industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of insurance contracts coverage and state regulations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher)

  • Comfortable using office equipment and standard technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a business-related field

  • Professional designation (ARM CIC RPLU etc.)
