Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Carmel IN

The details:
The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic Hazel Dell consists primarily of general orthopedics with some high-level neurological patients.
- Private treatment space
- 1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care
- Aquatic pool onsite
- Schedule is Monday - Friday no weekends or holidays
- Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Physical Therapy services
- Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility time management and communication
- Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana
Experience Requirements
- One (1) year of outpatient experience or would consider New Grads with appropriate clinical rotations
- Strong skills in flexibility time management leadership and communication
- Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification Requirements
Minimum:
- Physical Therapist Assistant license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
- Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
