As a Skill Development Coachyou will work as part of a team toprovide person centred support to people living with disability that aligns with the participants NDIS goals to live a good life. This involves applying a creative approach to supporting participants and to coordinate and deliver high quality programs.
Your role will include working within a dynamic team in our Pathways Program to oversee and support meal preparation medication administration and personal care as well as ensuring safe transportation of participants to and from recreational activities. This role incorporates shifts working Monday - Friday during business hours only.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in supporting people with disabilities with a strong work ethic and the ability to build positive working relationships with participants and team members.
In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card Criminal History Check NDIS Worker Screening Clearance First Aid certificate and an NT DriversLicence.
