Become a Lifeline for someone become a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Oak Ridge TN
- Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour (based on experience & shift)
- Shifts: Full time/Part time (Full time is typically a 3 days on 4 days off working 12 hour shifts)

Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional
- Support individuals with daily living tasks in their homes and community (Cooking Cleaning Bathing etc.)
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Be a trusted friend advocate and role model
- Celebrate small victories that make a big difference
- Help create a life filled with purpose connection and choice
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED/Transcript
- Driving License
