EMT/Security Officer

Location: Des Moines IA
Pay:$23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. TheEMTposition administers first aid treatment at our client sites arranges for transport of sick or injured persons to a medical facility and works as a member of the emergency medical help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises checking for irregularities and inspecting emergency equipment. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel visitors and the area. Frequently our EMT Officers will also provide customer service and information to aclients employees and customers.
Position Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic phone & computer skills
- Calm polite and professional behavior
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High level customer service
- Must have EMT-A Certification
- Previous EMT and/or Security experience is preferred
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
