Location: Hamilton - Primarily in Office

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Reach or surpass the personal insurance production targets set by self-generation with the occasional incoming lead
- Responding to incoming and outgoing calls and internet Inquiries generating New Leads yourself
- Creating a company and prospect marketing strategy to support the growth of new sales
- Create and promote fresh company concepts while developing a database of contacts and networking possibilities.
- Offer prospective customers first-rate service knowledgeable counsel and precise quotes from the market that best meets their needs; promptly and professionally address client or company concerns and inquiries; network with internal producers to accomplish cross-selling objectives and cultivate relationships;
- Networking among the designated organizations and going to events
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years ofprovenPersonal Lines and High Networth sales experience/track record
- RIBO License
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling generating new VIP business via email and telephone (preferred) - TRUE HUNTER MENTALITY
- Creative ability to influence andnegotiate
- Solid knowledge of VIP products and policies
