Job Description
This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite in Washington DC anticipated and 2 days/week working from home.
Position Summary:
The Management Analyst will support business analysis and requirements elicitation efforts for IRS data pipeline and data warehousing initiatives. This role serves as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for at least two (2) IT data pipeline/data warehousing projects.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops and meetings.
- Contribute to project documentation reports and quality assurance activities.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements for data pipeline or warehousing projects of comparable size and complexity.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IRS or federal IT documentation standards is a plus.
