About the Company
Our client is a leading global construction consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile complex and iconic large-scale capital projects. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation they are truly at the forefront of their industry.
We are currently seeking a talented full-time Senior Project Manager for the Technology & Manufacturing Industry where the client has a large portfolio of projects reaching close to $4bn annually. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a PMO team on a large client account that is changing the landscape of how they approach portfolio program and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex capital programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and high standards in safety quality cost and risk management.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships serving as the primary interface across all project stages and fostering stakeholder engagement.
- Implement and oversee effective project governance processes and frameworks that drive performance compliance and program excellence.
- Direct and manage cross-functional teams promoting an inclusive high-performance culture and ensuring consistent service delivery across all functions.
- Provide strategic guidance from project conception through handover including planning execution and achievement of time cost and technical performance goals.
- Monitor project health using KPIs manage reporting and finances and ensure accurate flow of information between teams and clients.
- Champion knowledge sharing and sustainability goals leveraging internal expertise to enhance delivery outcomes and support environmental objectives
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree in Construction or Engineering field (MS or MBA preferred).
- Have obtained Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or Program Management certification.
- Demonstrated capital program leadership experience.
- Effectively managed integrated team(s) on large complex and multi-phase projects on the Life Science / Manufacturing & Technology capital programs.
- Technical understanding of program management practices controls governance and procedures.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills across cost schedule procurement contract administration reporting and project lifecycle.
- Effective communicator with both strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with variety of project management software systems.
