Job Description
About the Residential Plumber Role:
Were looking for a reliable Residential Plumber based in Richmond IN who appreciates the craft and values doing things the right way not the fast way. Youll be tackling plumbing repairs installations and maintenance for homeowners providing quality service with a friendly demeanor.
What Youll Be Doing:

Install repair and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes fixtures water heaters drains and gas lines.

Troubleshoot plumbing issues leaks clogs and low pressure and resolve them efficiently.

Read blueprints technical diagrams and building plans.

Respond to service calls and estimate work costs.

Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections.

Follow all safety codes and regulations.

Maintain clean organized job sites and shop.

Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.

Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards.

Comfortable working independently and in a team.

Must have reliable transportation.

Good communication skills and professional presence.

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs kneel crawl and work in tight spaces.
