Job Description
Our client a leading provider of commercial lighting retrofits and maintenance is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join their team in Oregon. With a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys sales growth manage key client relationships and identify new business opportunities within the retrofit lighting market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in the Oregon market
- Conduct on-site lighting audits and assessments to identify opportunities for energy-efficient lighting upgrades
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Create customized value propositions and presentations to showcase the benefits of retrofit lighting solutions
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to develop comprehensive lighting solutions that meet client needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the lighting industry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the lighting industry or a related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems lighting technologies and energy-efficient solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn and use software platforms including CRM systems project management tools and lighting design software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
