What Were Looking For
Minimum Age: 18 years
Certification: Completion of a state- and federally-approved aide training program (Tennessee applicants must have 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours)
New Graduate Nurses Welcome
Proven ability to deliver safe compassionate care
Strong reading writing and communication skills
Reliable transportation

Your ResponsibilitiesYoull play a key role in both clinical and administrative support including:
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting providers during exams and minor procedures
Triaging patients: taking vitals drawing blood administering injections
Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions
Performing lab tests phlebotomy and drug screens (DOT and non-DOT)
Supporting telehealth visits and preparing virtual patient charts
Assisting with referrals pre-authorizations and follow-up communication
Ensuring accurate and timely patient documentation
Helping maintain a clean organized and professional clinic environment
Administrative Duties May Include
Patient check-in and demographic data entry
Insurance verification and billing support
Answering phones scheduling appointments managing messages professionally
Compliance & Confidentiality
We expect all team members to uphold HIPAA standards complete mandatory compliance training and maintain a respectful confidential workplace culture.
