Job Description: Immigration Attorney
Location: Rochester Buffalo or Albany NY

Job Overview: We are seeking an attorney to join our national business immigration practice in our Rochester Buffalo or Albany office. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases including labor certifications EB-1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of employment-based immigration cases.
- Prepare and file labor certifications EB-1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications.
- Provide excellent client service and case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies.
Qualifications:
- Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.
- Broad experience with labor certifications EB-1 petitions nonimmigrant visa petitions and J-1 waiver applications.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong client service and case management abilities.
- Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.
Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130000 $180000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience qualifications and skill level.
