As an Applied AI ML Lead within JPMorgan Chase you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to tackle real-world challenges. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Consumer and Community Bank Controls and Oversight to deliver impactful results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute visionary AI strategies that leverage generative AI.
- Lead and inspire a team of Applied AI ML Analysts.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders to deliver value-driven AI initiatives.
- Provide hands-on design and development of high-impact projects.
- Articulate business plans and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends and integrate new tools.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Degree in quantitative discipline from top-tier institutions.
- 7 years of experience in statistical model development for large banks.
- Proven experience with AI and machine learning models in operations.
- Proficiency in Python Pandas and LLM APIs.
- Proficiency with SQL and data management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience managing diverse teams.
- Knowledge in KYC
