The Opportunity
As a Sponsorship Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our international cybersecurity events. This is a high-impact consultative sales role ideal for a motivated individual contributor eager to fast-track their career in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment. Youll be working directly with senior marketing and sales executives at leading cybersecurity firms to deliver custom event sponsorships and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify engage and close sponsorship deals with cybersecurity solution providers for QG Medias global event portfolio.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the entire sales processfrom prospecting and outreach to proposal development negotiation and close.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients marketing and demand generation goals to craft value-driven sponsorship packages (includes digital marketing webinars and private dinners).
  • Strategic Prospecting: Use a combination of LinkedIn cold calls email outreach and market research to source and qualify new leads.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain detailed sales pipeline activity weekly forecasts and quarterly sales reports.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with CMOs VPs of Marketing Sales and Demand Generation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven success in new business development with experience navigating senior-level decision-makers
  • Skilled in consultative selling objection handling and pipeline management
  • Strong communication skills and a driven proactive mindset
  • Interest in cybersecurity technology or the events industry a plus
