As an IT Service Delivery Specialist at our Paris office you will be responsible for providing incident and request support to internal users and customers using ITIL-based practices and procedures to deliver best-in-class technical service support. WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role will be part of IT Support & Delivery team based in Stockholm Paris Shanghai and Tokyo

This is a role that entails incident and request management that will come from users monitoring the business systems devices and networks. This includes providing IT support through the existing communication channels: phone walk-ins ticketing system documenting and following up the existing incidents/requests. The role can also include supporting local and remote users across offices stores and warehouses operations world-wide as well as performing hands-on and remote fixes including installing and upgrading software installing hardware and configuring systems and applications.

The role will report to the global IT Service Delivery Manager and belong to the IT Operations department. Since Acne Studios is a multinational organization and you will be based in the Paris office we need you to have an excellent ability to communicate in oral and written French and English.

You have previous experience of the following:

-Two to three years experience in IT.
-Experience of working in a retail environment is required (preferably in the fashion industry but experience in any other retail sector will be considered).
-The candidate should have an understanding of how shops operate and the technical aspects involved such as point-of-sale systems and card payment terminals.
-The candidate should have experience of working in IT support in an office and as an on-site technician configuring computers and phones (Intune or JAMF) and troubleshooting and configuring networks (Cisco Meraki).
-Experience of working in store openings.
-Provided support to store staff.

-Experience with general PC and Mac hardware communication devices and/or networking.

-Knowledge and experience working in environments with Microsoft AD/Office 365/Windows Client and Server OS Mac OS X and other related products and services for the business.

-Strong client-facing skills with ability to quickly establish rapport with client contacts at all levels

-Microsoft certifications is a plus.

-Meriting with experience within an ITIL environment or an ITIL qualification
