Established in 1987 R&R Mechanical is full service mechanical contractor that specializes in HVAC and plumbing construction self-performing the piping work with journeymen from Steamfitters Local 602 and Plumbers Local 5 unions.

R&R Mechanical has also selectively performed base and new building construction school construction and specialty piping projects and is licensed in all local jurisdictions. Job Title
Administrative Assistant

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the service team.
  • Perform accurate data entry for service records.
  • Prepare and distribute reports proposals and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with tracking and managing service contracts renewals and customer follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of quotes work orders and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 2 years experience working in an office/administrative role preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills.
  • This is not a telework position and reporting onsite to perform the work is required.
  • This position requires reliability with attendance and punctuality.
  • This position requires a valid state drivers license and reliable personal transportation.

Software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Training in corporate safety systems will be provided.

Compensation Range: 45000-55000/year

Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
