- Responsible for garbage removal from main areas as well as office spaces available
- Vacuuming areas necessary
- Dusting and deep cleaning office spaces when necessary
- Window/glass cleaning- windows facing outside and on doors
- Mopping areas necessary
- Use of cleaning products- ex.- bleach toilet bowl cleaner glass cleaner
- Keeping track of cleaning supply inventory- stocking as needed
- Lifting and moving items- ex-toaster ovens vacuums desk chairs
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
- Maintain compliance with all safety requirements policies and procedures
- Easily able to communicate with management and other employees
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
- Self-motivator who will finish all tasks needing completion
- Maintain compliance with all safety requirements policies and procedures
- Tasks assigned by management as necessary
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies
- Adheres to the code of conduct set forth by the company
- Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally
- Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team
