Overall Purpose: Act as a liaison/Product Owner Delegate for Workday and/or ServiceNow between business stakeholders and delivery teams systematically gathering and documenting requirements/user stories to ensure alignment with business needs and successful project delivery.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit analyze document and maintain detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall methodology) or user stories (Agile methodology).
Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding alignment of project goals and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Validation Verification and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
Change and Risk Management: Manage changes to requirements/user stories assess their impact on project scope timeline and resources and identify and mitigate related risks.
Project Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning activities such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced interdisciplinary knowledge resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 3 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. 3 years of experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow.
