We are seeking a dedicated and adaptableBehavioral Health Crisis Clinician Floatto join our multidisciplinary crisis response team. This role primarily supports crisis stabilization and intervention for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health needs. While the standard schedule is Thursday through Saturday (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) thisfloat position requires flexibility to cover other shifts as needed includingovernights swing shifts and weekends. What Youd Be Doing

As theCrisis Services ClinicianFloat you would assess and provide just-right therapies for our clients in need. You would coordinate care actively liaise with internal and external partners and serve as an important part of multidisciplinary team. You would employ excellent communication and documentations skills on an ongoing basis to assure that clients receive the very best care.

Specifically theCrisis Services Clinician

  • Provide crisis assessment intervention de-escalation safety planning and brief therapeutic support across various settings (in-person telehealth and community-based).
  • Serve as part of an interdisciplinary team to triage mental health and substance use crises.
  • Determine the appropriate level of care and facilitate connection to emergency services inpatient facilities or outpatient providers as needed.
  • Document all services in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Work with law enforcement emergency departments and community providers to coordinate care.
  • Flex will cover shifts as the float clinician including night swing and weekend shifts as operational needs require.
  • Participate in clinical supervision staff meetings and ongoing training.

Physical requirements include the following:

  • Frequently stays stationary for prolonged periods of time.
  • Frequently moves within and between facilities.
  • Frequently exposed tostressful oremergentsituations.
  • Frequently operatesa computer and other office equipment to record health data.
  • Constantly communicates with clients and others.
  • Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds.

Qualifications

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves

  • Masters degree in social work clinical psychology or a closely related field
  • Experience effectively working with mentally ill children adolescents and adults
  • Experience successfully working as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Flexibility
  • Well-developed documentation skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Colorado drivers license and access to transportation during work hours

What Wed Like to See in YouThe Nice-to-Haves

  • Current Colorado professional license (e.g. LPC LCSW LMFT) or license within three years
  • Experience completing at-risk assessments and formulating appropriate treatments plans
  • Spanish language skills
