Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $23.66 (minimum) - $29.57 (midpoint) - $35.48 (maximum) Plus shift differential
Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $27.23 (minimum) - $34.04 (midpoint) - $40.85 (maximum). Plus shift differential

What You Will Be Doing
Performing mechanical assembly work ensuring quality metrics for the customer and company are being met.
Conducting testing and calibration processes on parts with a keen understanding of pressure flow leaks tolerances and yield.
Following detailed work instructions and build procedures
Assembling installing aligning and adjusting subassemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment
Working with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements
What We Are Looking For
Level 1 Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude is required
Experience in a manufacturing industry performing assembly and/or testing on similar components is highly desired
Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity including walking standing or bending; and lifting or moving objects.
Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
Internal applicants: must have CI Tier 1 Certification.
External applicants: ability to achieve CI Tier Certificate within 1 year is required
Internal applicants: 4 years of experience as an Operations technician at Woodward is preferred
