The Role

Support cross-functional revenue growth initiatives. Develop BD analytics manage pipeline health and streamline CRM reporting and campaign execution. Partner closely with finance strategy and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers Machs business development and revenue forecasting processes.

• Monitor and report on BD pipeline health conversion rates and campaign performance across government and commercial tracks.

• Manage the companys CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring data accuracy usage compliance and process optimization.

• Generate recurring and ad hoc dashboards and reports for executive decision-making investor reporting and internal forecasting.

• Collaborate closely with BD finance engineering and strategy teams to streamline workflows align reporting and support program capture activities.

• Own data governance and pipeline attribution across SBIR OTA IDIQ and FMS channels.

• Support end-to-end go-to-market execution with tools that track engagement from initial contact through signed agreement and delivery.

• Analyze KPIs across the deal lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion and cycle times.

• Assist in the development of forecasting tools and revenue models used for internal planning and capital raises.

• Help drive team-wide adoption of RevOps best practices by developing SOPs training guides and automations.

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in revenue operations finance or strategy roles.

• Proficient in Salesforce Excel and BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau Looker).

• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Background in aerospace/defense BD or startup RevOps a plus.

• Strong Oral and written communication skill.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and training critical skills and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Machs total compensation package.
