Job Description:
The Recreation Service Associate is a student employee responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience & implementing operational details surrounding access control member services equipment lending program registration and upholding general usage policies for Campus Recreation facilities.
- Show initiative and provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.
- Monitor and supervise the access and safe use of recreation facilities.
- Provide accurate information & enter payments for recreation programs services and guest access.
- Perform or report operational needs including equipment lending facility checks and maintenance needs.
- Comply with Departmental and University policies.
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
