Erie Family Health Centers a nationally recognized top workplace with 13 sites in Chicago and suburbs is looking for a valuable addition to our Human Resources Team! The Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) administers and coordinates Eries recruiting and hiring process. This role will initiate contact with applicants guide potential candidates through the recruiting process and support the TA Team in our efforts to fill positions using a high-touch candidate-focused approach throughout the entire onboarding cycle.

*Compensation is based on each candidates experience skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Professional courteous initiation of contact with applicants.
  • Manages the administration of the Talent Acquisition general email inbox.
  • Coordinates the approval of personnel requisitions.
  • Job posting facilitation/management includes employment opportunities on Eries career site and external job sites.
  • Ensure that postings match the job descriptions and the required posting template.
  • Ensure new employees have met the positions basic requirements and have successfully gone through all of Eries pre-employment processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR
  • Associates degree or two years of college with 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR
  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited college or university with 1 year of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Experience:

Required:

  • Administrative and data entry experience is required. The years of experience depend on the level of education.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR
  • Associates degree or two years of college with 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience; OR
  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited college or university with 1 year of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Preferred:

  • Two (2) years providing administrative support within a human resources environment is preferred.
  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience is preferred.
  • Paycom or other payroll system proficiency is a plus.
  • Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • PC proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interface effectively with members of culturally and professionally diverse staff.
  • Solutions-oriented multitasker.

Preferred:

  • Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables advanced formulas and data analysis techniques a plus.
