Job Description
Join an established and reputable anesthesia practice in the Louisville Kentucky area as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to provide high-quality anesthesia services primarily for bread-and-butter cases with obstetrics in a dynamic and collaborative setting. As a CRNA you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and effective anesthesia care. Your responsibilities include administering anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures conducting thorough pre-operative assessments and developing tailored anesthesia plans to meet individual patient needs. You will monitor patients vital signs during procedures making real-time adjustments to anesthesia levels as required to ensure patient safety and comfort. Collaboration with the anesthesia team is essential to maintain the practices high standards of care and you will maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information to support seamless operations.

Position Type: 1099 independent contractor with the option to convert to W-2.
Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $365000 with overtime opportunities to increase earning potential.
Vacation: 12 weeks of vacation annually.
Call Schedule: 1:7 call from home with rare call-back occurrences.

Requirements
Valid CRNA certification and relevant Kentucky license (or eligibility to obtain).
Open to both Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) and experienced CRNAs.
