Job Description
Work Shift:
Will perform a full range of procurement activities with minimal supervision and discretion. Issues and processes all purchase orders for non-inventory items and assists with inventory items as requested by the Director of Materials Management. Issues bids negotiates prices for hospital supplies and services directed by the Director of Materials Management.Education & Training:
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field or four (4) years
work experience.
Experience:
Two (2) years experience in hospital purchasing.
Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
None.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Uses a variety of standard office machinery to include computer terminal calculator labeling machine copier and fax machine.
