Were looking for a highly motivated Mid Market Sales Development Representative to join our team and accelerate new business growth. Mid market SDRs are a foundational piece in Yuma AIs sales organization and help generate pipeline through interactions with prospective customers across verticals and various personas. Youll work closely with Account Executives and your teammates to strategically generate interest in Yuma AI with some of North Europes largest brands.
What youll do
Generate new business opportunities through thoughtful and personalized outreach
Strategic outbound prospecting through cold calls email and LinkedIn
Conduct account research identify key decisions makers and build relationships with prospects
Partner with account executives and cross functional teams to identify new pipeline opportunities and book introductory meetings with Yuma AI
Become a subject matter expert on Yuma AIs platform and the Customer Service Space
What youll need to succeed
6 months experience in sales or relevant field
High leverage of AI tools
SaaS experience - advantage
Strong customer-facing skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self starter goal-oriented customer-centric
Grit and perseverance
Strong analytical skills
Great attitude and comfortable operating with autonomy. Ability to take and implement feedback
Track record of achieving sales metrics and necessary work ethic and attitude to achieve quota attainment consistently
OTE 24000 - 35000 a year equity
For compensation we set standard ranges for all roles based on function level and geographic location benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across EU locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
