Product Data Controller

We are currently looking for a high-performing person for the position of the Product Data Controller. The role will be based in Kongsberg Maritime - Product Support Services Gdynia. Product Data Controller is an entry level position responsible for maintaining complete and correct information about our products in ERP PLM and CRM systems.

Key accountabilities:

• Creating updating and correcting product structures and configurations in our ERP and PLM systems.
• Maintaining product data quality by ensuring data accuracy consistency and completeness.
• Clarifying and correcting discrepancies between various systems.
• Supporting data cleaning activities.
• Responding to shared mailboxes.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of our processes.

Qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of a bachelors degree preferably in mechanical engineering data administration or related fields.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to adhere to the company rules and procedures.
• Previous experience with ERP PLM or CRM systems is considered as an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of databases and/or programming languages is considered asanadvantage.
