As a Robotics Governance Analyst within Consumer and Community Banking Operations you will leverage your advanced expertise to integrate Intelligent Automation solutions eliminate inefficiencies and optimize processes. You will manage testing performed by the line of business oversee hand-off documentation and ensure production validation for Intelligent Automation cases. Your role will involve maintaining BOT inventory conducting ongoing monitoring and performing cost/saving analysis to assess financial impact and identify opportunities for decommission.
Job Responsibilities
- Intelligent Automation Integration:Utilize advanced expertise to ensure Intelligent Automation solutions are seamlessly integrated into CCB Operations eliminating inefficiencies and optimizing processes.
- Testing Management:Oversee line of business testing processes including test planning and preparation and production validation for Intelligent Automation cases.
- Problem Solving:Demonstrate superior problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize automation solutions.
- BOT Inventory Maintenance:Maintain an accurate inventory of BOTs ensuring all automation tools are cataloged and tracked effectively.
- Ongoing Monitoring:Conduct ongoing monitoring of straight-thru processing outsorts and exceptions to identify potential issues. Escalate concerns to leadership and collaborate with operations to determine a course of action when breaks arise.
- BOT Cataloging:Catalog IT enhancements or other process enhancements that will lead to BOT decommission ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Cost/Saving Analysis:Perform annual cost/saving analysis on all BOTs in our inventory to assess their financial impact and identify opportunities for decommission.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Individual Contribution:Lead as an individual contributor providing expertise and guidance without direct people management responsibilities.
- Servicing System/Process Knowledge: Understanding of the processes and systems used within Service and Lending (C3 First Assist Customer Assist Single Lending Desktop and KANA) that may benefit from automation to proactively identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Additional Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM Indian Standard Time.
- Visa Sponsorship: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
- Work Arrangement: This is an in-office position requiring the incumbent to work on-site all 5 days a week.
