Fundd is a fast-growing people-first finance broking business with team members across WA QLD TAS & VIC. We specialize in home loans personal and asset finance commercial lending and development funding all with a big focus on flexibility wellbeing and performance.
Were now hiring a Client Services Manager / Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our WA team in a hybrid role with some days working from home and others based in our Butler office. This is ideal for someone who enjoys both flexibility and face-to-face collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the lending process (documents follow-ups updates)
- Work closely with brokers to structure deals and lodge applications
- Handle client communication and CRM data management
- Liaise with banks/lenders to push files through to unconditional approval
- Stay across changing lender policies and guidelines
What Youll Need
- Experience in loan processing mortgage broking or client services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native-level English)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Australian lenders and responsible lending obligations
- Ideally based within easy reach of Butler WA and happy to work 23 days a week from the office
Salary & Incentives
- Base salary: $52000 $70000 Super (pro-rata for part-time)
- Quarterly bonus: up to 20% of base for reaching submission targets
- Self-introduced deals: Earn 20% of the upfront commission (no conditions)

Requirements - Proven experience in client services or mortgage broking preferably in a remote work environment.
- A Bachelors degree in finance business administration or a related field is desirable however not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
- High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with the Australian mortgage market and regulations.
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
