Workday Job Profile Summary Section

The IT Service Delivery Technician would join Allison as a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level PC Technician to join our IT Services team. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in Information Technology providing essential day-to-day support across the organization. The technician will assist with device inventory movements basic troubleshooting conference room setup and maintenance and general IT support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the physical movement and tracking of IT equipment (PCs monitors peripherals etc.)
• Perform basic hardware break/fix tasks including replacing components and diagnosing minor issues
• Assist with setting up and maintaining conference room Audio/Visual (AV) equipment and meeting technologies
• Provide hands-on support for new hardware deployments and device refresh projects
• Maintain organized inventory of devices accessories and IT supplies
• Support end users with basic technical assistance and escalate more complex issues as needed
• Ensure proper documentation of work completed including asset movements and support activities
• Perform general IT housekeeping tasks including cable management and workspace organization

Key Performance Measures

• End user satisfaction with service desk desktop workstation imaging computer refresh and computer deployment support.
• Proficiency with learning new technologies and skills.
• End user satisfaction with conference room audio/visual configuration and usage instructions.
• Organization of IT devices accessories and IT supplies.
• Demonstration of documentation and end user interaction skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA A) a plus
• Some experience with Windows-based computers and peripheral devices preferred
• Basic understanding of PC hardware networking and troubleshooting concepts
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 40 lbs)
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of hands-on IT tasks
