Your Mission
Leading a facility that fronts sustainability and efficient operations. Youll cultivate a team culture upholding safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the plants maintenance strategies align with operational goals.
- Mentor and develop a large team of maintenance professionals.
- Manage comprehensive budgets and track KPIs effectively.
- Coordinate with engineers on cutting-edge preventative maintenance.
- Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.
Qualifications
- 7 years in operational and maintenance leadership.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems; a technical degree is beneficial.
- Expertise in mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Physical ability to manage on-site requirements including forklift licensing.
