Role/Job Title: SuccessFactor Consultant
Location & Work Details:UK / Ireland (Once in 3 Weeks)
The Role
As a Senior SAP ABAP HANA Technical Consultant you will be in a strategic position working on a high-impact project that supports a key utilities provider in Ireland.
Your Responsibilities

Full life cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors from Project Preparation to Go-Live.

Demonstrate HR domain expertise processes technologies and opportunities.

Implement SAP SuccessFactors modules including EC and Onboarding.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases integration architecture and roadmaps.
-
Deep knowledge of Employee Central Recruitment (Management Marketing & Posting) and Onboarding 2.0.

Plan and facilitate customer workshops.
-
Lead discussions and presentations with customers.
-
Perform Unit Link Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Your Profile
Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience
-
10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
-
Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0.
-
Led at least 4 full lifecycle implementations as R&O Lead Consultant.

Completed at least 1 implementation for Onboarding 2.0.

Experience working with global teams.

Comprehensive experience in requirement gathering solution design configuration integration and post-implementation support.

Skilled in complex data migrations from legacy HR systems to SuccessFactors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.

Knowledge of SAP standard testing practices; experience with HP Quality Centre is an advantage.

Experience in all phases of SAP project lifecycle.
