Job Description
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
- Location: Leicester
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for supply chain and warehouse management processes.
- Analyze current supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse and document process as well as functional challenges.
- Conduct gap analysis to optimize inventory management warehouse operations and logistics.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation including process flows functional specifications and user manuals.
- Analyse and document testing requirements to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution.
- Analyse and document training needs and provide support to end-users while implementing solutions such as SAP EWM and its best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in solutions such as SAP EWM and supply chain management.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain management; SAP EWM/WM experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management warehouse operations and logistics execution processes.
- Preferred experience in working as a Business Consultant for SAP EWM implementations to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of SAP functional modules such as SAP MM SAP SD and SAP LE is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
