Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst with Warehouse Management Experience
Work Arrangement:
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
  • Location: Leicester
Role Description:
A strong consultant-like profile with relevant SAP knowledge is preferred. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering documenting processes and challenges and working closely with third-party and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for supply chain and warehouse management processes.
  • Analyze current supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyse and document process as well as functional challenges.
  • Conduct gap analysis to optimize inventory management warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation including process flows functional specifications and user manuals.
  • Analyse and document testing requirements to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solution.
  • Analyse and document training needs and provide support to end-users while implementing solutions such as SAP EWM and its best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with IT and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system enhancements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in solutions such as SAP EWM and supply chain management.
Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain management; SAP EWM/WM experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management warehouse operations and logistics execution processes.
  • Preferred experience in working as a Business Consultant for SAP EWM implementations to meet business requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP functional modules such as SAP MM SAP SD and SAP LE is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
