Inside Sales Representative Patient Monitoring
Location: San Clemente CA In-Office Mon Thurs Remote Fridays
Compensation: $65K base $20K variable (capped) $85K at plan

About the Opportunity
A growing healthcare solutions company is expanding its Patient Monitoring division and hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join its San Clemente-based team. This role is designed as a launchpad into field-based medical device sales with a defined promotion path for high performers.
What Youll Do
You ll be responsible for:

Prospecting and developing new business within acute care settings

Managing and supporting relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers

Selling a range of recertified patient monitoring devices and services including:
-
Patient monitors and telemetry systems
-
Fetal monitors infusion/syringe pumps suction regulators
-
Replacement parts cables and accessories
-
Onsite and remote repair services
-

Collaborating with outside sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Tracking activity in CRM and maintaining daily sales discipline

Supply Chain / Purchasing / Value Analysis Committees

ICU & Telemetry Department Leaders

IT / Informatics / Contracting Teams

Who You Are

Bachelor s degree required

Recent grads strongly encouraged to apply especially those with athletic backgrounds or strong internship/work experience

1 2 years of inside or B2B sales experience a plus
