About the Role:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a U.S.-based company in the promotional products space. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience supporting U.S. clients and familiarity with Zoho Books or other cloud-based accounting platforms. Youll be instrumental in maintaining accurate records reconciling accounts and ensuring financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  
• Perform daily bookkeeping duties including accounts payable and receivable
  
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
  
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting practices and internal policies
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting and forecasting
  
• Support preparation for tax filings or audits if required
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience ideally with U.S.-based companies
  
• Proficient with Zoho Books (or willingness to learn quickly)
  
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and accounting principles
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Comfortable working independently and across time zones
  
• Strong communication skills in English
  
• Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is a plus
