- Serve as Change Management and Program Partner within the HR Operations team primarily supporting global Workday HCM implementation.
- Facilitate and coordinate end-to-end program lifecycle activities including project planning risk mitigation stakeholder engagement and progress reporting.
- Identify change implications build and monitor change management plans and guide HR Operations project staff through the implementation process.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charter scope communication plan deployment timeline).
- Develop detailed project plans to ensure adherence to timelines budget and quality standards.
- Analyze and mitigate project risks establish contingency plans and recommend solutions to management.
- Present oral and written updates to management defining project plans issues and resolutions.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Facilitate clear communication and training plans for all stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Monitor stabilization and compliance of new processes post-implementation.
- Leverage knowledge of human resources functions including talent acquisition benefits compensation and HR technologies.
- Apply project management and LEAN methodologies; PMP certification and Workday experience preferred.
- Utilize strong analytical leadership and relationship-building skills to ensure project success.
- Position is fully remote (onshore only) indirect and not project-based.
