Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Collaborate with the pre-sales team to understand customer requirements and develop compelling AI solutions that meet their needs. Conduct pre-sales presentations demonstrations and technical discussions to showcase the capabilities of our Gen AI platform and how it can address customer challenges. Architect end-to-end AI solutions that leverage machine learning natural language processing computer vision and other AI technologies to solve complex business problems. Work closely with customers to understand their data landscape infrastructure and integration requirements and provide guidance on best practices for AI implementation. Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and use cases to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions in real-world scenarios. Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing expert guidance on AI strategy roadmap and implementation approach. Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on product features enhancements and roadmap based on customer insights and market trends
