Job Title:CDL-A Driver
Shift:Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Pay Rate:$23$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Location:Sapulpa OK

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a reliable and team-orientedCDL-A Driverfor a hybrid position involving both driving and warehouse responsibilities. Approximately30 of the role involves driving while70 focuses on warehouse and forklift duties. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible safety-conscious and ready to contribute in all areas of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CDL vehicles for local or regional deliveries (approx. 30 of the time)
Perform warehouse duties such as loading unloading staging and organizing materials
Operate a forklift to move and secure freight (certification preferred or willing to train)
Secure loads according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
Comply with all DOT safety and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete daily objectives
Adapt to a fast-paced hands-on work environment and follow instructions
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
Forklift experience or certification is a plus
Must be dependable punctual and focused on safety
